Prized for its extraordinary light diffusion effects, Spanish alabaster has long been used in place of windows in churches and in other applications where a sense of awe is desired. Calliope sets a stunning slab of Spanish alabaster on a cast copper backplate clasped into place with pieces of strong metal in brackets that accent the piece while breaking the frame.
Note: Due to the narrow width of this wall lamp, it is not compatible with the standard American JBOX junction box. This lamp requires a specially sized junction box to ensure a proper fit; otherwise, gaps may occur on both sides.
